Looking through a google images search on Halkidiki (my usual method for spotting boulders), everything looks pretty flat and non-rocky.

Looks like it'll be just the old faithful leopard print thong and a bottle of tanning oil then FH......

I've bought a new thong, silky pink with a picture of you on the front!

I'd take some boots and chalk with you, most of Greece is covered in limestone, you might find something.

Well for the 1st time in years I didn't pack my climbing shoes. As it turned out where we were on the  Kassnadra peninsular was pretty void of any rock.
But for a few days we hired a car, and on one of those days had a trip round to the next peninsular (Sithionia (sp)). About a third of the way along it (Before a village called Elia(sp)) what did I find, no not limestone boulderes like you've never seen berfore they were Granite! A hill side covered in boulders of all shapes and sizes. looked fookin superb. Further on they turned into big big slabs, then it went back to dirt.

This could prove to be a prime future european bouldering destination, you see!
