My injured foot is feeling better (could be down to a combo of painkillers and beer) so I reckon I'll be ok by the time of your visit. If the weather is good, I dare say a trip to Carrock should be in order.

I will try and motivate the family, but with a 3 year old & 8 month old in tow unlikely either me or the trouble will get a lot of climbing done. Worth a thought though. Evening session once the kids are in bed may be easier.
