These three are recent FAs by others from back before the rains came.

Gardom's - Gurning Lark Sunset 7a+.
This is the sharp and high arete just right of another recent addition Green Speed. Cleaned it up a while ago and didn't get round to finishing, figuring it was too reachy. Tried it with Ned and Adam last month. Ned managed to lank it and then me and Adam repeated. The landing isn't great but two decent size pads is enough to sort it. I thought it was a great prob in the end and was slightly peeved I hadn't persevered  :'(.

Cratcliffe - ??????  ???
Another one I cleaned and didn't get round to, this time because it looked terrifying! Spotted and done by Adam some time later. It climbs the overhanging left arete of the big block right of Hueco Wall, above a challenging landing. Don't think JB had a name or grade when I last spoke. From the looks of it when cleaning on a rope I'd guess at about font 7a, though XS 6b/c might be nearer the mark!

Tor Quarry - working title The Hmmm Prow - ???
Tor Quarry is below Gibraltar Rocks in the Strines area. It is mentioned in passing in the old BMC Stanage area guide and possibly the newer Burbage one. To the right of the quarry is a small natural outcrop with an obvious high prow. Tried this on an out-of-the-box day with Adam and Cofe, only Adam had the knackers to get up it. Nice bit of esoteric in a lovely setting. No name was settled on or grade though E3/4 6b was mentioned or highball 6b+/c. I think the other two got some nice pics of this one. If anyone is keen there is scope for a few more probs and short routes here and in the quarry.

That's the one. Would I be telling the world if I'd just found El Cap II?
As north facing quarries go though lichen and swampiness aside I'd say it's one of the more open and pleasant variety. I'd guess that there are about ten routes to do in the quarry mostly in the low Es. The natural edge has a few boulder probs. All now on access land.
