   I should point out that its not mine, I've did my pennance of crap tattoos years ago and thankfully whilst not perfect its not an abomination (most people don't notice whats wrong with it unless I point it out to them).

British boxing matches are always good for a bit of bad tattoo action - almost all domestic boxers are heavily tattooed to neck level.  In a recent bout a fella had his name written across his shoulders in huge, wobbly, child-like block capitals.  Perhaps he feared forgetting his name due to punch-drunkeness?  Although if that was the case, having it written back-to-front so he could read it in a mirror might have been a better idea?  Crucifixes so cack-handedly rendered that they might qualify as religious hate crimes are also very popular.
