Picos de Europa
June 15, 2011, 11:26:26 am
Seems to be quite tricky to get hold of info on crags here.  Everyone seems to say "it's brilliant, go, loads of good climbing", but I cant seem to track down a book.

Cordillera Cantabrica – Escaladas Selectas en Roca by Picos activist Miguel Angel Adrados has been recommended, but nowhere seems to have it in stock.  Does anyone have one I could buy/borrow?  And any other sources of info on sport crags?

Cheers

http://www.barrabes.com/shop/books--maps/p-27892-d-1614-v-108687/ed-autoedicion/escalada-roca-picos-europa.html

Not been to the picos before but i ordered the rodellar guide last year when it was just out from barrabes and recieved it no problem.

Cheers

p.s. if having issues with spanish, on the toolbar at the top you can select barrabes international, and select language and location and hey presto its in english.

I found the cragging a bit of a nightmare. Looks like there is loads of climbing but I couldn't find info either. I was in 'potes' which I found disappointing and more suited for big alpine type days out. The naranja looks awesome and that's the big one to do.
