Highly unlikely I realise but thought I might aswell give it a shot:

I'm starting a PhD in Maths at Leeds uni in September and intend to go out climbing lots (bouldering, trad, sport, grit, lime... everythin really). I'm easy going, relatively tidy etc.

I intend to just find a room on gumtree but would infinitely prefer to live with climbers, I live in Manchester at the moment so could get the train over to meet/ see a room/ go climbing.
