Forgive the huge amount of post-meet heads up, but... I was in discussion up at Crafnant a couple of weeks back with Nodder, and decided it was the perfect venue.
The weather in March will be mint up here, and it would be good to see the place getting 'finished off'. It pretty much out of season now, as with rain and snow its is quite a treacherous venue. But, when dry underfoot, it really is perfect. I'm probably gonna spend a few weekends up here sorting out landings and so on (in the rain!),, so it should be ready for a grand opening around then.
The good thing is, there relatively ample parking, a house up there for out of season letting, and also camping (plus lots of problems of all grades). It would be good to get an indication of availability over the next couple of months, and then gauge whether or not the interest is about (slide shows, beers, breakdancing championships and new ascents - sounds good to me).
