Was in the new V12 shop at Stockport Awesome Walls yesterday and saw these for sale.

Has anyone got any idea how these things are supposed to help you crank harder?

You're supposed to lock off on one arm on the Beastmaker hold of your choice whilst performing a dozen rotations of the balls in your free hand.

Simples

The word for Chinese Encore is pronounced jiāyăn de jiémù, apparently

Being a yellow man I have owned a set of these for a while (not the Black Diamond ones). Never heard of them making you better at climbing though.

Maybe I need to wear my Accapi Nexus vest and put some holograms on the balls to make it work....

I think they strengthen your kegel muscles thus helping body tension

By adding the word "exercise" to what used to be called chinese balls, you impart strenght giving properties to them. Those are not ordinary chines balls, they are infused with titanium and platinum and will align the cells in your blood as you use them.

You can also double the price

Sorry, did I say double. Just had a look on amazon and you can get very similar looking ones for £1.99.
