Large data backup advice
October 09, 2013, 09:28:28 am
I'm after some advice for a large data archive/backup system.

I estimate I need storage of about 18TB (+/- 6TB), to act as an archive. This must then be backed up, at least once.
I don't need fast access to it, but I will occasionally need to access a file from it so I need to be able to plug into in to a machine.
If it's expandable, that would be handy.
I'm running a Mac.

Anyone done anything similar and have any advice?

Assuming if its worth doing, its worth doing offsite so you are protected if the office burns down?

Think zovo is unlimited and dirt cheap.
