I too have a pal who believes all these conspiracy theories but at least he's intelligent enough to admit they're bullshit when the proof smacks him in the face. Not sure what his current view on Icke is but I'll ask him later.

he is a bit of a twit, but i thought there was a lot in what he was saying to wogan.

I'm not criticising anyone, as i do it myself, but we do seem to spend most of our consciousness dwelling on tat. The news is constantly telling us only about a credit crunch, a situation that to me seems more a creation of the media than anything else. Money and finance seems to be an illusion, a reflection of confidence, and the media hads destroyed that confidence. Luckily in the last 2 weeks we have been able to focus on whether Russell Brand boned manuel's granddaughter over the back of a sofa with a gob full of mouthwash.

I love being fed this tat as much as the next person, but i really couldn't profess to have the slightest picture of any bigger picture.

I sit at home and look at the pictures I am being shown, and it seems easy to accept it. It wouldn't be surprising if there was a force behind it all with an agenda
