Pretty sure I've done my A3 pulley somehow. Slight pain above the 2nd knuckle of middle finger, which gets aggrevated by pressure on it when climbing, or just poking it.
Anyone got any good information on rehabbing it? Would using the same protocols as for A2 do the job?
I've had a Google but my Google Fu is weak.
