Except that for most of the population, the thought of spending time shopping brings pleasure.  For some reason this country is full of people who have but one hobby... shopping (and consuming in general).  No wonder this planet is falling apart due to the over consumption of mankind, people seem unable to be happy unless they're buying some shit or demonstrating their wealth through purchases or other money spending activities.  Rant over.

i am currently planning the mass murder of the management here at work for the following reasons.a new pay scale was introduced in the nhs.so they look at your job description and match it to a pay band and if you don't agree you can appeal for it to be looked at again.
so having been given one pay band myself and a group of colleagues successfully appealed and were regraded.
now they've come back to us saying we are going to give you a new job description and down grade you.
this was supposed to be a way of ensuring fair play and paying you for what you do.
and they wonder why morale is so shit in the nhs.
