We tried to find the very low start (7B+) and failed. I'm not aware that anyone has done it other than Greg. I'm inclined to think that it is either incredibly bollocks (more eliminate than any problem has any business being) or it doesn't exist and it's actually the same as the 7A low start that everyone does. Maybe the problem got done on a very hot day or the sequence took a while to figure out meaning the grade was a bit off - these things happen
My memory is a bit hazy but for the low start (which as far as I know is the only way the sit has been repeated), I think you pull on and (immediately, before any hand movements?) put your heel up high in a pocket thing (above your hands I think). Then you work your hands up to that level and you're not far off being in the stand.
Well within your capabilities, Alex.
