Added a (totally unoriginal  ) grade voting page to LB. It's not registration based and I'm not too arsed if people vote stupidly here and there (I'll just reset the individual graph), but I thought it might be interesting to see if any definitive peaks appear on any particular problems. Oh yeah and I'm not going to bother duplicating areas that are already on the Rockfax site.
