Like all good people, I am not a racist.  However, I am a rampant species-ist (or whatever word I should be using).



So, if I gave you the power - and I can do that - to exterminate one species from the face of Planet Earth, which would it be, and of course, why?  (And yes, let's gloss over the effect this will have to the ecosystem etc..)



I'll start you off with the Mosquito.  It's not that find something repellent about their morphology or aesthetic gripes but rather that the fuckers want to suck my blood in preference to other perfectly tasty people available - people with more blood than me.  I hate them even more than the mollusc.  Spit!

Dolphins really piss me off with their butter wouldnt melt in their mouth ways, two faced bastards the lot of them and hammer head sharks what are they about, mosquitos though i`d have to agree with you for they seem to like my blood more than most other peoples although they do make for a tasty snack when out on me bike.

Mosquitos at least have some influence on the world by spreading disease.  Midges however are VERY annoying, harder to deterr and are completely pointless - they do nothing except p155 people off.

I second that - every year we clear their nest from our attic space, every year they somehow re-colonise. I dream of my own Wasp Factory.
Interestingly one of the headlines in a London paper yesterday warned of swarms of "killer wasps" invading our paranoid capital. Dream on media tw@ts.

Possibly the most annoying thing ever devised. Mosquitos at least respond to mossie repellants. Got two horsefly bites on Saturday, swelling and hurt like buggery at the moment.

Pointlessly small dogs are shit too. Zero output from the amount of time, money and food put into them.
