quine info

to settle an argument, just wondering what the crack is with quine.
it used to get V10. now it gets 7C.
is it the same grade whether you undercut or dyno.
also, how does the fin problem fit into this at b7. am i right in thinking a hold came off a few years ago ?
cheers

AFAIK, the Fin used the plinth on which the block rests for your feet, and some holds snapped. Quine doesn't, and uses what's left. As for the grade, most people (cheat) dyno through what is otherwise a nice powerful undercut problem, which is a bit easier apparrantly. I gave it V10 when it was first done, but only becuase I was told it was. God knows what grade it is, 7c was the consensus when I was writing the guide, it may be thought of as easier than that now.

cheers for the info ru. you re the man in the know after all. we find the undercut way totally horrendous compared to the dyno way. maybe a couple of grades difference.
be interesting to see what others think an all.
cheers

I reckon the dyno is easier for the tall, and very hard for the short, however, the undercut is very hard for the tall and easier for the short - so who's cheating?
