I have to go to a family do at the Richmond tea rooms in Manchester tomorrow Saturday. How easy is to find some where to park, a lot of the car parks appear to need booking. Is there anywhere good for park and ride. I will be travelling across on the M62.

If you can bear it, Bury has a park and ride where you can take the metro into the centre of Manchester. You could probably park in Prestwich too, which is just off the M62, and the metro is quick into the centre of Mank.

Google it, fiver or less I think.

Never had any probs finding car parks in Manc centre..
