I'd like to swap my ice axe with some climbing/mountaineering gear or a shorter axe (50cm) in similar conditions.
My axe is too long for me. It was bought to substitute a friend's ice axe that I've lost.
The ice axe is a G1 Grivel, B rated, length 58cm, used 3 times (bought in Chamonix on the 13th June 2014).
