I won't post the details here but if anyone feels qualified to offer some advice via PM it would be much appreciated. The buyer of our last house has contacted me saying they want to make a civil claim against us as supposedly the answers I gave on the property information form were incorrect. I don't believe this to be the case but I want to ensure I am correct and how I should respond.
I have obviously contacted a solicitor to discuss how I should respond but it's always good to have more than one opinion..
