Good deals on outdoor clothes

Similar to the shoes thread - but for clothes - eh!

I got one of these in November - and whilst a bit heavy its easily the best general purpose UK winter outdoor jacket I've owned. Mines too smart to be relegated to bouldering duties, but it would make a great crag/belaying jacket etc... and its now down to £75... (grr I paid 110)...

Have you looked in TKMax. I got a Montane down gillet half price in there.

is it a bit like the stuff Buffalo make? except that it's not made in Sheffield, obviously

Yup - and its made in Newcastle. Apparently.
