Does anyone know these guys or have any experience dealing with them?
I've got a no-show on some gear that should have arrived last week. Their 'contact us' link fails and they don't answer the phone...
The company address also appears to be within York university, so not really a warehouse.

For anyone in the market for slackline equipment...
Gear arrived today after a lot of follow-up calls.
To the guy's credit he's lost a fair bit of money through this transaction as a way of apology for it all being so late.
Top marks for conscience, nil pois for organisation.
I'd consider talking to him, in person, before placing an order.
Bring back shops.

I'm afraid shops are prob going the same way as newspapers. With any luck we'll soon all be wired up to the mainframe with no freewill and some weird glasses on paying to wank off to an avatar or something. Like a poor man's matrix sponsored by Starbucks...
