Haven't a clue, I don't like heights and I don't like water so I'm not that interested in it.

What I am interested in however is why is it a secret?  The Dorset one last year was a secret too if I remember correctly.  It seems very odd to me.

it must be part of the

"advanced Internet, email and event based marketing strategy"

that X1sports have had developed by their brand consultants blah blah ...

I guess the reason they want you to email for a password to get the topos is they can add you to their spam list ...

It's probably because there's some sort of access shenanigans, and not because they're childish about secret crags.  Or I would hope it would involve making sure people can swim.

If you've got enough time, how I checked out my project, (only to find it's invisible to satelites so I still dunno if I need a boat or not), was to use the aerial photographs on multimap.com, so you could scan the whole coast of pembroke.  Wouldn't deep water show up as a different colour - you could compare it to places like Connor?  Feeding this and current geology maps into the supercomputer might yield results.  But you may as well go along next month....

Dunno if this is news, but theres a bit about it on here http://www.x1sports.com/X1_content.html . Just says its 10th / 11th July in Pembroke and more info to follow, to save you time waiting for all the glitz to upload.
