Yo, anyone given the P90X shizzle a go? What did you think? Just watched the intro to with the uber choad coach and am not sure I can stomach 90 days of him.

I'd be doing it in addition to climbing/ finger board/ running. Mainly wanting it for general body conditioning. 

So before I dive in any feed back on whether it's  :strongbench: or  :wank: would be appreciated.

Not doing P90X, but am now 15 days into Insanity by the same guys, though thankfully less of a dickwad than the P90 guy who comes on at the end of some the Insanity sessions.
I'd say if he pisses you off from a trailer, he's not going to movitate you during a session.

Started it for general conditioning; cardio, toning, core and agonistics and all seems to be going well. Also the fact it's 30-60 mins means it's pretty easy to slot in to an evening. Plus you don't need any equipment.

Thanks for the info Durbs. Gonna give the P90X a go for a week and see how I take to it. I reckon I'll get away with watching the vids once to get the idea of the exercises then do the rest from the sheet, should reduce nausea.
