Peaks newbie looking for dry crag in the rain tomorrow? (Read 2079 times)

Last day in sheffield and was hoping to climb, however the weather has forced me to summon (please?) the collective knowledge of ukb  :boohoo: . Does the crag described in the title exist? Preferably limestone ( looking for a few problems 7A-7C )

have a look at Anston Stones by Rotherham, however I've just seen the forecast....

I doubt anything will be dry (heavy mist will get everything). Getting to most crags would be epic too given the amount of black ice about.

Yeah having seen the weather this morning it is much much worse than what i had in mind. Unfortunately going to have to give it  a miss, cheers anyway though guys.

Does anyone think this will be the case tomorrow too? Down in sheffield for the weekend and wondering if anythign will be dry or if we'll end up at the works...

Forcecast looks quite windy. Some exposed stuff is likely to be dry by the afternoon assuming it hasn't been too heavily pounded by showers. Watch the rainfall radars and webcams
