We strapped ours onto the back of our car in the states. It doesn't do the paintwork any favours. I'd do it to take the pads to and from font, but not to and from the crag everyday. Sand on the pads will ruin the car.Could you be inventive with a bike rack? I can lend you a roof rack if you're near leeds.
Done the pad to roof rack thing and it ripped the roof rack off the car.
