Was it a First bus? They may be a  bunch of cunts but they do take complaints pretty seriously in my experience and certainly aren't shy when it comes to disciplining staff which in this case sounds like it would be a good thing.

Had the complete opposite experience when I complained about a driver who opened the bus doors and was swearing his head off at me, saying that if he was in his car he'd stop and teach me a lesson (all in front of passengers on the bus) because I'd taped on the door as he was passing too close (too close because I could touch the damn thing).

All I got was a letter saying they took it seriously but wouldn't divulge any details or provide a written apology from the wanker.

I wasn't sure about reporting it to the police as I have no idea if the girl has reported it or not.

If she hasn't, then she hasn't but if she has and you haven't, the corroborating evidence she needs won't have been supplied.

Fucking usless set of wankers.
My passport was sent off for my visa application by special delivery last wednesday they said they had delivered it on thursday.
The company that does our visa applications has not recieved this in there PO box. They have checked 3 times aday since thursday.

My flight to china is meant to be on Saturday but I could fly sunday for a meeting monday morning, and my visa takes 3 working days to complete and must be submitted by 10am for the process to start. So it looks like I will not get my pass port back until at monday or sunday so it looks like I will be missing my trip to china.
