Pit of Hell to wobbly block - moves?
August 07, 2011, 10:03:19 am
Can anyone describe the moves from the Pit of Hell start to the wobbly block, please? I want to train them before I get there.

Thanks

The moves are shown in this video starting around 4"25'.

Pit of Hell starts where Danny's right hand is at 4"33' but matched with the left hand just next to where the right hand is and flicking out with the left hand to the open slopey pinch after pulling of the ground.

Cheers, so is it pure sitter or a crouch start?

Its a sitter but fair to give yourself a thick pad as the ground has dropped

That's still a better climbing video than any ever made otherwise. Similar epic on pillar start today too wasn't it beast  ;)
