Dunno much about prices but you're going a bit mad on the slings there. 2 or 3 120cm slings is all I ever carry, plus a couple of 60cm ones tripled as quickdraws. Get some more draws instead.

You've got a set of 5-11 BD Stoppers and a set of 1-5 DMM IMPs there. You're not thinking that's a full set are you? IMPs are micronuts, all smaller than a standard no.1 nut and you won't be needing anything that small for a while if you're just beginning trad.

Also, those quickdraws are all the smallest length. You'll want mainly longer ones for trad.

The black diamond stoppers are really nice, i've got the same. Instead of IMPs buy yourself some hexes or a cam. More quickdraws and none of them less than 12cm. 18cm is good. It's helpful if you climb with someone who has their own rack as you then get a feel of what you prefer and use the most. It also means you should have enough gear between you.

I'd agree with JB and thin out the slings.
Keep the wire design simple. Avoid the complex shapes initially of DMM and the like and don't go for brass or micros yet (these are fine for 2nd and 3rd sets).
Wild Co. standard wires are a good starting set. Black diamond (for me are a little too wide for shallow face cracks) maybe that's just me though.
Slings, just carry couple of 60cms and 120cms and see how you manage then add to the as you see fit (try and keep the sizes different colours).
Friends, I normally work out by finger size, I'd recommend 3 to start with depending on budget (obviously) and for ease of spotting placements, get one that fits where you can get a finger slot, one for two fingers on top of each other and then guess what...3
Don't be tempted to go for too short quickdraws and try to avoid the fully stitched taped ones, but as they've got thinner and softer this has seemed to bother me less...
A decent shop, with experienced staff will be all over this, hopefully.

Nobody has asked but where do you intend to use this starter rack? I think it makes quite a big difference if you're going to buy limited kit what direction you focus on.

I recently revamped my trad rack about a year or two ago and got great help from CragX and the people of UKB.
