Pogle's Wood: Gardoms
October 21, 2010, 10:43:40 am
Hi

Looking for some beta on Pogle's Wood arete at Gardoms.

I managed to track the problem down last night after bouldering at Gardoms N.

Couldn't figure out how to get established on the arete to pop up for the sloper - it was getting quite dark by this point so potentially I could have missed something obvious!! Top moves look quality.

Cheers

Lex

There's a photo of dave on it in this:

From that and Dave's beta its pretty obvious. If you're starting from sitting and you're a tad shorter you'll need to get your foot up on the higher slightly worse foothold than the obvious break.
