sparks start
December 28, 2009, 07:23:34 pm
Another shameless beta request I'm afraid...

Was trying this today and getting close-ish I think. Using an undercut with RH and LF on good hold near it, I could get LH quite high up arete towards good flake/ finishing hold, but couldn't figure out what came next and seemed a bit stretched. Is this sequence right or duff? Any videos out there of folk doing it?

Cheers for the help (hopefully). Some great moves on it the way I was trying, can't wait to finish it off.

Seem to remember standing up on decent right foothold with the right hand sidepull undercut thing, then getting a vague/brief left foot scum around the arête. Then deadpoint the crimpy rail with left hand as the left foot cuts.

I remember wrapping LH around slopey arete and rocking up for crimpy sidepull with RH. Then use that to gain little break with LH. Aye, good problem.

I wondered if that's how it's done, I can get left hand on arete, just need to sort feet and get that crimpy sidepull.

Cheers
