I like twitter because if its randomness and speed...

I've given up on faceache but (sadly) still have to go on there to because some of my old friends etc.. use it as their primary way of communicating....

Why don't they make it like other networking sites and let you log in with hotmail/yahoo/africanswallowmail accounts?

EDIT: iGoogle lets me login with my yahoo account, so why can't this?

If you receive and/or are bothered about mail to gmail (ne googlemail in the uk) just set up gmail to forward all messages to your work address.

Personally I'm the other way round as I knew early that I wouldn't always be at the same University or place of work so have stuck with a web-based email address for my personal use.  I find it a nice way to keep work and personal stuff separate.

That's what I do except then I have a work folder in my personal email account for private work so I keep work, personal stuff and personal work stuff all seperate.

GMail just made me do stuff when I logged in, I am confused, but also appear to be on this Buzz thing now too.

It does seem very much like a Google version of Twitter or basice Facebook, I am a social networking whore and even I am getting bored with having so many of them on the go now.

I seem to have the ability to use Buzz should I wish to - whether I want to is another matter altogether and I suspect that it will be treated with the same disdain as Twatter, ArseBook et al in my world.
