starting bouldering

does anyone know somewhere i can take my two young chilren to scramble and have a first try at bouldering outside. i live in tamworth.

The roaches would probably be the best bet.  There are some easy low, safe things in the woods below the steps to the upper tier and a few to the right of 'rock hall'.

You'll probably find quite a few boulderers there who will be helpful and point you in the right direction.

If your kids are keen it might be worth getting some second hand shoes or going to decathalon.

Good choice by sloper there, second those bouldering venues.

Thirded. Great walks all around the area you can do with the kids if boredom/restlessness sets in. Have fun.
