Good job. Good reporting skills. Just realised when time of year it is. Must still be baking there. Wow.
-
Awesome.

Wow, I know Ethan Pringle nearly matched Chris's highpoint last year so Mr S must be stoked!!

Well unlike, say, the mighty Adam Lincoln, I don't know him personally nor was I watching him send it....I just followed a link on UKC ;).
I do think this sort of cutting edge event is....slightly diluted without a massive NUMBER to be in awe of and armchair debate about. Still, a spectacular effort and congrats to him - reading the BMC Summit interview this project seemed to mean an awful lot to him.
-
It's 9b.
There you go Fiend, a nice big number for you. :)

I doubt that will stop the speculation and rhetoric over at UKC :P

I don't have anything useful to add, but I can't buck the trend and not slime all over a Sharma thread, can I?
-
we've actually just had a sweepstake at work about how long it would take magpie to post on here moo wins :dance1:
-
I read the thread title as: Shaggy, American icon of lust, climbs a mountain.
and thought that Mr Boombastic had taken up mountaineering. Turns out, it wasn' im!
Very disappointing.

I'd read earlier and didn't post but in the end I couldn't help myself. At least I'm reliable. ;)

Nah. They're too busy arguing about whether or not the word "send" should be used in a news report.
-
the phrase about putting his project in a box is going to be used again today
the man's a beast

Remarkably, this is actually true. I checked so you don't have to.
Anyway, let the squeezing commence!

Can always add some fuel to that fire

BOOM.

I just wonder how loud the bellowing, grunting and screaming was, especially in an echo-tasic looking location like Clark Mountain; the mind boggles at the potential for sonic crushing. Mind you, imagine how much worse it would be if magpie was there to give a special, close "spot"! Never mind the Universe shattering energies of the Large Hadron Collider - for the sake of humanity she must be stopped from ever getting near him!

I watched King Lines last night, the guy's a fucking beast, wasn't someone speculating 9B+....
