Okay, so I've been doing a bit of training and I can now do a one-arm front lever. :dance1:

Not really. It's a new version of visualisation. If I can get the playmobil men can do it, so can I. :wank:
Actually on a more serious note, I've been trying the very, very, first step of this for a while and progress if very slow for me. I mean the position where you hang straight armed, back horizontal but with the knees tucked.
