Title: one-arm front lever...cracked it!

Okay, so I've been doing a bit of training and I can now do a one-arm front lever.    :dance1:

Now you try. 

In this one, you can see how I am starting to get close to doing a one-arm lock-off from a front lever:

My mate couldn't do it, and he is hard:

Not really. It's a new version of visualisation.  If I can get the playmobil men can do it, so can I. :wank:

Actually on a more serious note, I've been trying the very, very, first step of this for a while and progress if very slow for me.  I mean the position where you hang straight armed, back horizontal but with the knees tucked.
