Common knowledge I don't know but the first half hour of Prince's Bride is shot in a number of standout peak spots including; Cratcliffe, Carl's Walk, Dovedale + ? ?
Highlights include Andre the Giant slamming the bloke from RObin Hood Men in Tights into the 4+ opposite Big Al Queda (sp?).
Very exciting stuff!

The Princess Bride
If you look closely, half the boulders are made out of plastic/boulder substitute. Including the one the bloke(Cary Elwes) is smashed into. Good film.

Fuckin' A a princess Bride page. WHat a film (the book is good too). I showed it to a french friend and she fell in love with it to so she's coming over and we're goin' to have a Princess Bride day: Visit Haddon hall, the set for the main square of Florin, boulder at burbage Higger and robin hoods etc. you get the picture.
