I'm thinking of heading there tomorrow. Anyone know if its quick drying, as I think it may rain in the morning.

Yes, it is by virtue of being very exposed.  The crag boulders are slower drying.  Met office says 20mph gusts and 7 degrees.  You should be OK, just take a couple of layers!
