Yeah, a friend of mine has been there. He spent a while in Hampi, then went over and stayed there for a while. He said it takes some getting used to, but you will feel on top of the world(boom boom) after a stay there

I bet it's well weird - the highest I've been is only 3778m (midi 'phrique) and though I was ok, just a little out of breath running up steps and stuff, my girlfriend was reeling about like she was pissed up.
