Errr, not much blood either really.
But F$*K me it was hot, hot, hot! I waited until 7.30 until I went out, risking bumping into all the scary things that lurk in the woods once the sun goes down, and I was still sweating my ass off.
Still got furthest I've been on my current 'Mega-project'TM! :D
Anyone else brave this horrible summer weather?

Can't be arsed at the moment, but I'm a lazy twat - awaiting the Wales guide to get some mountain air freshiness back into my bouldering.....

I had 4 days on over the weekend, so I'm resting my elbow for the weekend. Early next week it apparently going to be touching on 30deg, so might be another rest week.

Although I feel a bit unfit and "unworked", most of my niggling aches and pains have gone after a couple of weeks of no training of any kind due to Barcelona, etc.
It's got to be worth taking a couple of weeks off every now and again just to let your body recover fully. I used to know some folks who would take a month out in summer and not touch rock for the same reason.
