Title: Creatine on the cheap

Holland and Barretts in Liverpool had Creatine at £5 a tub on Saturday  :o. Dunno if the offer is still on but it may well be worth checking out if your in the market for some...

Maybe get some for Andi, he might be able to pull that slack out from the gri gri then ;)

Now don't be so harsh on the lad, it's a complex bit of kit that needs a finely honed mind to master successfully. Or the ability to follow some very very simple diagrams and have the strength to tear a wet tissue  ;D

There is a tonne of stuff out there, however the sport specific rather than physique stuff is most useful. Here is an article from Peak Performance.
