Contemplating a solo mission to the lakes in the near future for a few days. Havn't got a guide, is there enough stuff available online to go with or is rockfax guide the way to go? Only been on the bowderstone before, what are other good areas for this time of year? bearing in mind:
a)prob by myself, so good landings please
b)good range of problems up to V8
c)don't mind long walks as long as it's rewarded by quality
also, any specific problem recommendations (soft touches welcome).
guessing carrock fell and st bees are must visits?
cheers
