hi
my broken wrist has now recovered enough to reguaraly use my campus board, though i not use how often to use it too avoid injury? is it 3 days? or 2?

2 days off.......90 mins on
but then again i'm too knackered in the ankle dept to do anything else at all....
so i'm not climbing at the mo.... once i am it will be 1 session a week, as the first day on with a climbin wrks 50 problem circuit as the second day (will need to learn to climb again after 8 weeks of rungs!)
