Title: Skips on the record
Post by: andy_e on November 26, 2006, 08:02:00 pm
When I ripped an album just then all the tracks had skips etc. in. The CD works fine in the CD player and has ripped fine on other people's PCs, and other CDs rip fine on my PC. Any way to get rid of the skips?

(p.s. anyone who can name the album that the song in the title to this topic is off will get one wad point)

Don't think the effort would be justified - better just ripping it on somebody elses computer imho.

Just to clarify, you mean skips in the middle of the songs, and not pauses in between tracks, yes?

Like Bubba said if it's skips in the middle of songs I would just try again or use a different computer, to do it right.
