Hi guys its that time of year, winter blues  :(

Well get your backsides down the wall and start training for this years SIBL

BIG PRIZES THIS YEAR
PLUS AN EXTRA £100 CASH FOR FIRST PLACE HEAD TO HEAD

Dates are

• Round 1, Redhill on the 12th November
  
  Round 2, Evolution on the 10th December
  
  Round 3, Mile end on the 14th January
  
  Round 4, Alton on the 11th February

Some, but i go on a 18 months trip in Jan, so wont be able to do all.

It's a long way to come for £100 but if you throw in some sort of vest I'll try my best to come...   ;) Hope it goes well onky.

I'm actually scared of losing to Adam, that's the real reason... :lol:

could you rip the arms off so it's a vest? then perhaps cut down the seam so it's open almost all the way down the sides. Then maybe have some gold on it somewhere... If so, I am there like a shot!

round 2 in two weeks down at evo and none of the strong boys will be there as they are all off for team trials or something

i am going to give this a go but i missed the first round, is it possible to do that?
