Title: Front lever session
Post by: Moo on July 09, 2006, 01:55:57 pm
Lo there I'm wondering what people do as a front lever training session. Last night I had a go at a session for the first time I did ten front levers holding each one for no more than one or two seconds (or as long asi was able) and had 30 seconds rest between each one. Is this somewhere near the mark or should i be doing more and resting less enlighten me  cheers.

Good thread Moo and great link Superfurrymon....I find front levers pretty hard, I guess cos I don't do/try them very often and the fact that I have pretty long legs! I'll give those exercises a blast though. I've got loads of time off to mess about now that I've gone part time at work!  :)
