Title: Finger Cracking Injury

Cracked a finger tonight on the Edge Problem, only started warming up and a huge crack came from my finger. It's a bit sore, and has reduced mobility, and can't put much weight on it - I'm guessing it's a pulley injury - apart from the obvious rest - what else will speed recovery?
