Title: Finding a website host - any advice
Post by: r-man on September 30, 2005, 02:07:19 pm
So I want to move a website from a shitty advert ridden free host. I want something reasonably cheap, preferably with a free domain name, and a decent transfer rate and domain size.

Any recommendations or advice on who to go to or how to do it?

Cheers

Head on over to dreamhost (http://www.dreamhost.com), pretty damn cheap and plenty of storage/bandwidth.  If you have a google for them you should be able to find some promo codes that'll get you really cheap hosting.....  Free domain rego too.
