hiya, anyone know of any good software which lets u make music on your computer? i don't av a clue about this sort of stuff but wanna give it a try? there was something on amazon.co.uk called Making Waves which looked good. Anyone got or used this?

If you're going to be a DJ you'll need to change your name, Mix Master Martyr (Triple M) perhaps :wink: and a catchphrase, but i can't think of one (harder than you think!)
Maybe even a new genre of music to play, rockadelic funk hasn't been done before, i think? And finally don't forget the all consuming ego!

It's the bollocks - well for electronica anyway, probably not much good for reproducing guitars, etc.
Falling Down is the man with the knowledge in this area.

I did have the reason install files but lost them in a crash - must download them again. It's a really fun program to mess about with.

protools and cubase are wicked programmes but probally not what you want at the moment? do you have anything at the moment? keyboard? decks? guitar

no don't have ought. and i just downloaded the Reason demo and don't av a clue!!! i'll have to read through the help section tomorrow.

yeah just download of load of free music making software and get a better idea of the stuff you can buy. good luck
