Does anyone know a physio who understands climbing and specialises in (or at least is fairly experienced with) pulley injuries who they would recommend?
I've got a long running niggle that has flared up again and I want to be sure I'm doing the right sort of stuff to it.
I'm north west based but any location is fine if they do appointments over zoom.
Thanks!

i usually see John Ostrovskis in Sheffield, drive over from Manchestershire. https://www.919clinic.co.uk I bet there's loads more local people will recommend though.

Not had finger injuries but default physio is Steve Hodgson (https://www.hallamshirephysiotherapy.com/staff-profiles/) at Hallamshire Physiotherapy though did bump into James Walker (https://www.whitehouse-clinic.co.uk/team/james-walker-hcpc) at the crag who said he specialised in finger injuries

I saw Paul Houghoughi at BWT physio for a pulley injury that wasn’t properly healing given the usual treatment. I can’t recommend him enough. I saw him over zoom during lockdown, he had a completely different approach for me that involved a weighted hangs protocol. It was exactly what was needed to get over a pulley injury that just wouldn’t heal fully. I think he’s the best in the UK that I know of.
