The campaign started by Hayes and Guy Shrubsole is https://www.righttoroam.org.uk/ , which is calling for an extension of CRoW to establish a broader "right to roam" comparable to the one in Scotland.

Shrubsole also started this petition against criminalizing trespass, which is getting some traction and heading towards the numbers where it has to be considered for a debate: https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/300139
