Can anyone point me at a campsite in Northumberland that you can just drop into? Like the Bosherston field or that field near the roaches. Just turn up and pitch, somewhere to shit, a tap for water.
Everywhere seems to require a booking or for you to check in before noon or have posh wigwams.

was lookong at this for thos weekend too. Bailed to lakes though. Have used park 4 night app for good doss spots. Has a website too i can send you if you cant find it. Saw a couple of good bivvy spots depending on where you are headed. Have to poo in a cafe though.
